Outrageous what they allow themselves. Forget the chicken in the box. Forget about croquettes and just add single ones instead of double cheeseburgers. I think it's starting. Should the employees hire who have at least 1 brain cell more than a chicken ... Never again wooden spoons ...

Friendly staff but the food not that good ...

Very good food

Staff very unfriendly, something is often forgotten, you are usually not greeted or when you say goodbye not once said goodbye. Is often spoken in Italian and as a customer one is ignored. Ordered french fries, then you are asked 2 what you would like to have with it, and t.dem the wrong one is put in because the older employee (think Italian) has to have her conversations alongside. Think that was the last time I'll go My last visit was on October 28th, 2020

Staff very unfriendly. Blaspheme about their customers because you want to eat there and have to fill out a slip of paper. Since I'm Italian myself, I understood everything the lady said. Namely said to her colleague who also thinks I have all day until she fills out the slip. Had a hamburger it was 10kg ketchup on it no cucumber no onion and mustard fries and half a chicken. Will never go there again.

You wait forever for your meal in this snack bar! The employees are in the area and don't do anything even though the shop is empty. Quality of the food is okay, could be better. Won't go back.

Ok for a quick hunger. However, you have to pay close attention to whether something is missing, otherwise it will be kept.

Is centrally located in Frankental. And staff very friendly.

The food is good, fast food. But the employees don't go at all. Please train absolutely! The whole ambience is also not inviting, it is worth investing here urgently.

Burger was warm, but the taste wasn't good at all. Service could have been friendlier.

Friendly team, the food is delicious too but I would not recommend the chicken. Mine was very dry and almost burned.

I love wooden spoons. Unfortunately there are not many branches anymore. I like to eat Dutch croquettes.

What is going on there? I ate there and went to the toilet at the same time. Door open - back out again. Somebody has confused the toilet seat with the lower area. Catastrophe. Everything different ....., .. Eat well. Kept warm. Fade. I will never eat there again.

Bad burgers

Food is fresh, it tastes delicious and the burgers are hot when you get them. Unfortunately, a little staff, so it can come to waiting times
